1.2. Information Collected Automatically: This includes device information, usage data, location info (IP-based), and log data to improve your experience.
We use your data for account management, facilitates transactions, provides AI-powered assistance, and ensures platform security. We also use it for communication via Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
3.1. AI Assistant: When you use the in-app AI assistant, the data you provide — your text messages, product photos you upload, voice recordings, and search queries — is sent to third-party AI services to generate responses: Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and Groq, and to the Tavily web-search service. Only the data needed to fulfil your request is sent; we do not send your phone number, payment details, or account credentials. The AI assistant is optional and we ask for your consent before any data is sent to these services.
3.2. AI Content Moderation: Product listings and their images are automatically analyzed by these AI services to ensure they comply with our platform policies. These providers process your data only on our behalf under agreements that require confidentiality and a level of data protection equal to this Privacy Policy; they do not sell your data or use it to train their own models. You can withdraw consent at any time by not using AI features and by contacting us at admin@agrollama.com.
