• Provides AI-powered assistance for both buyers and sellers
• Enables individuals and legal entities to create and manage stores
• Uses AI technology for product moderation

AgroLlama acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.

3. User Registration

3.1. Registration Requirements: You may register using a valid phone number or email address.

3.2. Account Types:

• Individual Account: For personal use and small-scale selling
• Business Account: For legal entities and commercial operations

4. Seller Terms

4.1. Store Creation: Both individual users and legal entities may create stores on the platform.

4.2. Commission: the commission rate depends on the product category and is shown in the app before a listing is published.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent activities. Product listings are subject to AI-powered moderation.
