1. How to request deletion

To delete your AgroLlama account and personal data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to admin@agrollama.com with the subject “Account deletion”.
2. Send it from the email address, or include the phone number, linked to your AgroLlama account so we can identify you.
3. For security, we may ask you to additionally confirm ownership of the account.
4. We will process your request and confirm the deletion by email.

2. What data is deleted

Once your request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted or anonymized:

• Profile data: phone number, email address, linked Google account, nickname, and avatar.
• Your conversations with the AI assistant and any photos, images, and audio you uploaded.
• Saved payment methods (card tokens). We never store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Addresses, location data, delivery points, and your store data.
• Search history, product views, and notification history.
• Push notification tokens, device identifiers, and session data.

3. What we retain and why

We are required to keep some data after account deletion, to the extent required by law:

• Transaction, payment, and order records — for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
• Seller verification (KYC) data — identity document, tax and bank details — if you were a seller, to the extent required by law.
• Data we are legally obliged to keep or that is needed to resolve disputes.

Such data is stored for the period set by applicable law (typically up to 6 years for financial records), after which it is permanently deleted. Reviews you left are kept in anonymized form, unlinked from your profile.

4. Processing timeline

After we verify your request, we delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. Backups containing your data are removed as part of our regular rotation cycle (up to 90 days).
